Processing Times

Books and Journals
Orders containing Pony Dreams books and journals are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Pony Products (Made to Order)
Items in our Pony Products range are made to order especially for you. These typically take up to 10 business days to be produced before they are dispatched. So please do allow 14 days for delivery.

If your order includes both books/journals and made-to-order products, they may arrive in separate deliveries.

Delivery Times (UK)

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information where applicable.
